Estava lendo alguns comentários humorísticos num site da internet que se dedica justamente a observar como certas situações na área da magia são realmente engraçados dependendo do ponto de vista e algumas postagens as vezes tem um teor mais crítico ou bem incisivo.
Em todo caso acho interessante lembrar uma coisa absolutamente simples: nós somos pessoas normais e até comuns.
Quer dizer, pelo menos eu certamente me considero uma pessoa bem normal e comum de uma forma geral.
Vejamos, eu tenho todo tipo de problemas que a maioria das pessoas tem, independente do país em que vivem.
Nalguns países existem muito mais problemas é claro, mas de uma forma geral, eu posso afirmar que ter problemas pessoais, familiares, financeiros, sexuais, políticos, saúde ou porque seu time esportivo favorito está perdendo de novo o campeonato, etc. é algo que faz parte de nossa vida humana.
Mas então as pessoas observam que somos praticantes e estudiosos das artes ocultas. Os grandes mistérios e praticamos atividades em magia que podem revelar maravilhas ou nos colocar em contato com algumas coisas horripilantes.
Porém seria isso algo tão diferente assim?
Ter as vezes visões maravilhosas ou enxergar garras monstruosas aparecendo de entre as árvores enquanto caminhamos na rua só porque nos metemos nalguma confusão seria algo tão perturbador assim?
Sim, isso pode acontecer.
E qual é o problema?
Eu sinceramente acho muito mais engraçado as pessoas passarem na frente da banca de jornais e ali estarem estampadas as barbaridades que os políticos fazem! (risos).
Será que lidar com os demônios da Goetia é algo tão terrível assim para sermos até perseguidos as vezes por certas religiões e igrejas enquanto alguns ministros destes mesmos grupos chutam a pontapés um inocente cachorro abandonado na rua só porque estava na porta da igreja deles? E aqui citando uma situação que eu vi pessoalmente e amaldiçoei eles aos gritos no mesmo momento.
E infelizmente algo muito comum são os autoproclamados “muito bons” que encontramos em qualquer área da vida. Apresentam-se superconfiantes, plenamente resolvidos, fazem um marketing incrível sobre si mesmos. Mas é apenas uma máscara, portanto em seu trabalho também falta a verdade.
Mas geralmente nós é quem somos considerados diferentes.
Por ter um interesse por aprender mais sobre esse imenso Universo em que vivemos.
Depois por acreditar que a vida humana é muito mais do que nossos meros problemas comuns.
E aqui de novo, é claro que nós também estamos sujeitos as mesmas Leis Naturais.
A diferença é que não nos conformamos com uma vida limitada.
Aqueles que buscam o aprendizado e a prática das ciências ocultas também estarão vivendo dentro dessa mesma realidade e buscando por mudanças.

Os Doze Ciclos da Verdade para que a Paz se Manifeste

Faz tempo que penso em escrever sobre um aspecto citado no livro da Jamie Sams, chamado "As Cartas do Caminho Sagrado" (Ed. Rocco) que além de oráculo considero muito interessante para auto-conhecimento e aprendizado.
Basicamente o livro e suas cartas abordam os ensinamentos de vários povos nativos norte-americanos.
O aspecto que quero citar é da carta "Roda do Arco-Íris", que fala da Unidade e Consciência da Totalidade.

Enquanto eu preparava este material, Brother Moloch publicou um excelente artigo, Lying About the Truth (Mentindo sobre a verdade) onde comenta sobre as mentiras do mundo e como acabam fazendo parte de nossas vidas e a maneira com que lidamos com ela.

Aqui eu quero comentar sobre a busca da verdade como parte de um caminho pessoal.

A tradução da edição brasileira por uma falha menor de edição infelizmente omite uma destas (realmente está faltando) e por isso cito aqui a versão integral do mesmo, mas extraído de uma entrevista com uma famosa anciã do povo Seneca,  a Vovó Twylah Hurd Nitsch.

"Meu avô me ensinou a seguir os Doze ciclos da verdade e os caminhos da paz para preservar minha totalidade e me ajudar a caminhar em equilíbrio e cumprir a missão da minha vida. Eles são:

1-aprender a Verdade,

2-honrar a Verdade,

3-conhecer a Verdade,

4-ver a Verdade,

5-ouvir a Verdade,

6-falar a Verdade,

7-amar a Verdade,

8-servir a Verdade,

9-viver a Verdade,

10-trabalhar a Verdade,

11-compartilhar a Verdade

12-ser grato pela verdade. O Caminho da Paz está vivendo em harmonia com esta filosofia antiga.

Eu conheci este livro nos anos 90, e como não tinha acesso a edição original, sempre senti falta de mais um aspecto, assim acabei por meditar procurando qual seria a parte faltante e concluí que seria "ser verdadeiro". Veja, isso foi muito antes da Internet e certamente na época eu não iria importar o livro original para conferir isso.
Mas foi um exercício pessoal muito interessante.
E para mim "ser verdadeiro" sempre fez parte da minha índole pessoal. E entendo como isso está contido nos 12 aspectos.

Mas a a parte que faltava, só muito depois descobri ser "ouvir a verdade".
E uma amiga íntima muito querida também observou isso. Pessoa a quem sempre agradeço muito.

Ser verdadeiro é apenas um resultado da aplicação em nossa vida destes aspectos.
Seria como o 13º aspecto que assim como para os cristãos seria lembrar que eram 12 apóstolos e mais o 13º, a fonte a ser ouvida.
Seguir os 12 ciclos e ser verdadeiro.


Então, percebi que o aspecto faltante na lista seria "Ouvir a verdade".

Leia os itens acima novamente. Pode parecer um pequeno detalhe mas isto fez muita diferença para mim.

E por que? Será apenas um único aspecto?
Bem, 1995-96 foi um período de contatos extremos com as forças espirituais, eu dentro disso fiz um ritual formal e com um juramento iniciático pessoal sobre os dozes ciclos, me comprometendo a seguí-los. Um simples motivo pelo qual não posso mentir. Posso estar errado nalgum posicionamento, mas eu vou dizer o que sinto e entendo.
Porém se estiver errado, estou aberto para reconhecer o erro e aprender. Faz parte.

E é a partir daqui que continuo este texto.



Muitas pessoas associam o ocultismo com espiritualismo ou que sejam parte de alguma religião.
Mas não é bem assim.
O ocultismo basicamente é uma linha de estudo e práticas a respeito do paranormal, etc. e que não necessariamente faz parte das tradicionais linhas científicas e até mesmo é proibido em certas religiões.
É o estudo do oculto, aquilo que não é revelado de forma mundana. Sugiro que você se divirta procurando primeiro de tudo, os significados mais básicos nos dicionários formais de seu idioma. Só depois olhe e compare as muitas definições que vai encontrar nos muitos livros dessa área.

Muitas áreas do ocultismo são também parte das linhas espiritualistas e tantas religiões.
Daí ser normal uma certa confusão em relação ao significado e aplicação destas palavras.

Para praticar magia não precisa ser espiritualista ou meditar. Daí termos a Teurgia e a Taumaturgia.
Da mesma forma, uma pessoa espiritualista pode não aceitar a magia.
E uma pessoa religiosa pode considerar a magia algo normal. Vide as religiões africanas, Taoistas ou simplesmente o uso dos Salmos nas tradições de origem cristãs.
E ao mesmo tempo, mesmo pessoas destas religiões não aceitam a magia por algum motivo.

Assim temos a magia baseada em espíritos, anjos, divindandes, etc. tanto quanto existe uma linha chamada de "modelo psicológico" da magia, em que seus praticantes não acreditam na existência de espíritos e acham que tudo está dentro da mente das pessoas.
Pessoalmente eu discordo do modelo psicológico por experiência pessoal. Citando um comentário de Rufus Opus, seria preciso ser muito narcisista para pensar que todo Universos já está dentro da mente da própria pessoa.

A maneira como percebemos as coisas tem a ver com o nosso próprio desenvolvimento nas diversas áreas da vida.
Assim, mesmo que não seja espiritualista, de alguma maneira os ocultistas também vão ter um desenvolvimento nessa área mesmo que não sigam certas práticas ou busquem por isso. Apenas vai ser algo que vai acontecer com o tempo a medida que aprendem mais, estudam e passam a observar tantas coisas relativas ao mundo e suas energias que assim acabam por ter também um desenvolvimento nestes aspectos.


E assim falamos de desenvolvimento pessoal.
Eu tenho uma linha espiritual que começou primeiro pelos aspectos mentalistas, cartesianos. Livros, estudos, práticas que podem ser feitas até de forma mecânica se houver todo o necessário esforço e aprendizado para isso.
Mas ao mesmo tempo, fui percebendo que isso estava relacionado a energias do mundo e apesar de ter dificuldades em fazer uma conexão entre resultados e as coisas que observava, já percebia que havia algo mais, as forças espirituais. Apenas não sabia como lidar com elas e continuei por muito tempo usando a minha mente, como principal canal de manifestação, mesmo que já tivesse uma percepção quanto a outras forças atuantes no universo.
Certamente minha vida era bem mundana e com tanta informação certamente era estranho lidar com as pessoas nessa vida e ao mesmo tempo em busca de outros horizontes.
Então descobri a meditação e meu Mestre e fiz uma guinada drástica na minha vida da noite para o dia. Uma experiência que já relatei nos foruns de magia.

O principal foi perceber que o único que poderia mudar era a mim mesmo. E começou a grande caminhada descobrindo a cada dia outros aspectos e pontos de vista a serem estudados e conhecidos.
Aprendi a meditar, observar o mundo, a quebrar dogmas e paradigmas que eu carregava comigo tanto pela formação social e familiar, quanto pelos meus próprios estudos que até então apenas tinham sido informação que eu não sabia realmente como usar.
Meditação tornou-se parte da minha vida assim como estar aberto a experiência, não aquela das crenças, mas minhas próprias experiências. Descobrir o novo, questionar, aprender, observar e experimentar. É por isso que digo que falo a partir de minhas próprias vivências. Eu gosto de estudar, sempre tive paixão pelos livros, por estudar outras vidas e como as pessoas conseguiram seus resultados. Mas isso é informação que pode ser útil certamente, mas quando você mesmo faz suas experiências arrisca-se a descobrir outros aspectos e novos horizontes.

E perceber o quanto a magia está relacionada a isso nos seus múltiplos aspectos.
Ver, ouvir, respeitar, ser grato, etc.

Como citei ao início, a magia para mim também é parte da busca espiritual, de uma maneira de viver e sentir a vida. Um ponto de vista pessoal certamente, pois continuo sendo um buscador do eterno, de perceber a vida em todos seus aspectos e a magia é para mim uma maneira de nos ligarmos ao todo, em suas múltiplas manifestações.



Novamente vemos como certas denominações tem mais de um sentido, como por exemplo a Alquimia, que tanto é uma área da magia quanto também se refere a alquimia interior, a transformação espiritual.


Assim nos tornamos ativos em relação a existência e não apenas mero espectadores.

Depois de muitas vivências nestas décadas, percebi que algo estava faltando quando busquei os doze ciclos da verdade como algo a trabalhar em mim mesmo.
E foi justamente o citado ao início: "ouvir a verdade". Eu percebia as coisas, procurava observar os aspectos. Mas de uma certa forma não estava realmente ouvindo. E por causa disso, tantas vezes eu pensei ter sido vítima de minha própria compaixão ao permitir que tantas coisas acontecessem ou fossem feitas em relação a mim, até mesmo me prejudicando.
Mas na verdade, eu estava recebendo a informação, mas não estava "ouvindo".
Portanto, não foi apenas compaixão. Foi não dar a necessária atenção ao que me era apresentado.
E certamente fiz muitas escolhas e tomei decisões erradas e que afetaram primeiro a mim e noutras vezes as pessoas que eu amava.
Ouvimos as coisas e ainda assim, optamos por diversas razões, a seguir outras opções. Chame isso de compaixão, paciência ou escolhas pessoais. Mas seguir o caminho do "bem" as vezes também significa ter que agir contra aqueles que buscam nosso mal.

O importante é manter a busca para realizar em nossa própria vida estes doze ciclos da verdade.

Um único aspecto pode fazer muita diferença em tudo o que vamos descobrir e aprender. São as bases para que tenhamos raízes sólidas naquilo que fazemos.

Isso tem muito a ver com a própria Roda da Vida do Tarot quando nos apresenta seus aspectos evolutivos e involutivos e faz parte do processo de cura de nossos aspectos pessoais para uma vida harmoniosa.

Quando deixamos de perceber algum aspecto, ou fazemos escolhas, isso pode até nos desviar de nosso caminho e teremos outras experiências que por um lado vão adicionar mais informações sobre o que podemos entender como certo ou errado, ou como adequadas ou não aos objetivos maiores que tenhamos em vida.

Mas o principal é nunca desistir de buscar a verdade. E ser grato por ela.

Few days ago I was rereading some material about the kind of results people will receive working with the Goetia, but also with other spirits including angels.

I will comment about what we get many times is not the only one result, but the possibility to accept it or not. To be clear, is needed to evaluate how the operation is going to avoid fake results or something that won't be desirable.

Most often, magic, and not only daemons will work using the short path. This means they will even find something that is the more accurate to the "original phrase" we used when commanding them for some work.

The classical example is asking for money and they present a job to you. This is clear the most simple but true result someone can expect as a very positive result. They will not make rain money over your head, sorry, this is a simple nature law.
To get a job in no ways means to accept the first, as is needed to be professional and work for a decent job for sure as possible. So using magic to find a new job is not just to get the first, but to improve the process in the same way the person also need to do his/her part and to learn better job searching methods like the ones Liz Ryan suggest at her column at Forbes.

Some may even help you to find a great treasure but, its inside a army base so you can't enter there. Or is needed to climb a peak. Some interesting examples John R. King IV cited in some of if very good relates at ImperialArts and his books. Such examples are very good to show how possibilites may come, but still human work is needed.

And some of such treasures may be not so big, but just good buys to save some bucks at your local store. Think on this in a wide time lapse. A simple example, just the buy of home itens and food. I found a local market near my home, and there I discovered some itens I use more cost usually some 20%-30% less. Plus some bargains I found here and there and be sure the spirits who help to find treasures are many times after that. How much this is in a year? Uhm?
A good way to make money also means to do a good use of the money you have. I'm not talking about being petty, but just better to use the money you have. And this includes for sure to pay more, but for good quality itens that will last more. Quality itens, not just fashion, like clothes use to cost more, but they will have a longer lifetime too. As a personal example, the shoes I get cost 2x-3x more than the popular ones, but they are very confortable since the first time and longer a lot more than the others. A good buy that save a lot of money for sure. Spirits will help you to that too, like the Venus ones, just ask them to teach you to learn more about quality. 
Mercury spirits will help you to make fast business (not to be rich, but moving), and to learn more about your areas of expertize. The Venus spirits will teach you how to do make a better work, I say, to increase the quality of your works so people will valuate it more and get better results. Even a better sell value. Just think about the idea of asking to such spirits for better "creative inspiration" for whatever area you are, to make better, with quality.


Other kind of results are of different quality and not always good. And here daemons are more popular about this aspects. While angels usually try to make people learn to develop themselves, daemons may explore both the light and dark side and present even challenges to people choose. Be sure many angels do this too.


That are the "not so good" results. In the case, results that are even the opposite of the asked. A recent example was someone on need of some higher value due personal concerns. Some time later he found the bank released a credit card with the same value to use. In practice that was not a job, nor a client nor some work opportunity. That was not "new" money incoming, but just a debt. this is the kind of not so good result I'm talking. I had such things happening to me too in the past (so I was really being cheated) so I learned in the hard way. It may solve at an instant a need, but create more troubles than before.
Daemons, angels, planetary spirits, african tradition spirits, etc. many of them will do it.

In such cases is needed to think if the result is proper and accept it, or not.

A proper procedure in such cases is to do a new reading and even to do a new ritual to call the spirit again for a clear talk about the resulting event, evaluate the possibilities, the pros and cons, and this way to think if that is acceptable or not.

Is important to remember the "lust for results". We comment about it often. When in times of need, or just lust, people may get the first opportunity and forgot to evaluate if that is proper or not. Many times there are best solutions just working a bit more. And others no.
Be sex or money, business of a health problem, whatever area have different aspects and possibiities to deal.


Observe this is very different of expecting a lover jump over your door wanting fantastic crazy sex because some ritual was done. No. this is not so. Sex and love, still means to let the room, go to public places, meet people and make good use of the opportunities. If is a new job, you have to go to the company and do your work to keep the job.



A very funny coincidence was this one. I did a prosperity ritual, and as usual, after the work I went to do some home work, this is always good to ground yourself again while disconnect of the entire process. So I had care of my dogs, prepared some food and have a time to myself.
Then I went to the computer and this spam message was there, despite all anti-spam resouces I use:
Yes, is that very popular scam criminals use trying to bill some money so they will "give" you all that money. If they do this until today is just because sometimes they found someone to caught this way.

This made me laught a lot and think if was a joke from the spirit I called. No it wan't, but gave me some ideas to remember anyway.

It is a very good example about some results people get and accept at first and later claim about what they got. 

Magic results does not means to be final. Even when they appears to be very good. 

I had some fantastical proposals that even soo good, made my guts jump at once, so I went more information and found that was too much good to be true. Others was even good, but forcing for some kind of compromise of myself.  Another example was an offer to publish a serious material I have, just 5% about was published before at the Ritual Offerings book. It was very interesting and serious, something like a contract for even 100.000 books selling garanteed at start, plus public chats nationwide. Instant money and richness. But the following was trying me to left my spiritual area to become a bishop at some church. What? Plus all my spirtual background I'm also already a former minister at ULC, but they just wanted me to left all my spiritual life to accept their proposal. NO WAY!!! And yes, there was some spirits working on it too for a long time, despite being a different area, as that spirits don't pay too much about that. Just to note, in my country a lot of most famous churches in practice use magic and ATR (African Traditional Religions) mixes for example. Be sure many of such temples and churches think I'm a nice add to their group. But this have nothing with my own spiritual goals.

As commented, results need evaluation, observe what happened, do another reading and even call the spirits again. 

And observe your gut feelings. 

No need to try everything

Magic is very wide and there are many ways to make something, but for sure not to be stupid and just try all spirits because something does not worked the way wanted. 

Despite many areas for working, is needed to observe what is happening and what may or not be different so, is not just "try all", but to use a method to deal with the real possibilities. 

There are many tasks we got that may have some possibilities, and this can be worked in a few ways to observe the results and reach a conclusion if something else is proper or not. 

When something does not work, there are a lot of reasons, and most for newbies. This need a long study and practice time to start some results and that will improve with the years of work. 

And some tasks won't result in no way. Even if at start there are possibilities to try. 

But nobody can assure results in magic, there are too many events happening too. I cited this in a previous post too. 

So remember: when results start some may not be exactly the needed and this means evaluation. 

Use the best results you get, learn with them and this will always be a gain someway. 

And for sure, do not reply to some internet scammer offering $ millions so easy.

Times ago these images were posted at Aaron Leitch's Solomonic group and may be of interest to people, so I will comment a bit more about the process.

Making your magic tools is always an interesting work not only because of the magic area you chose.
Each area has many to study and learn.

In no way, magic is just learning phrases and words by mind, but you need to understand what is the purpose, why it is done, and for what it is needed.

Citing a Rufus Opus comment, when you are doing the Work, this means you have to work too!

And all work you do will add power to your magic works.

Be sure all spirits, angels, daemons, etc. will know if you did your part too.
So always is good to remember: the magician must do his/her part too and not act like a parrot.

Even if you are not skilled in such craft works, whatever you do, with sincere intent, at your best capabilities will add a lot of power to any magic you do.

We too often comment on how much is essential to be respectful with the spirits, and the same way such spirits have to be respectful with you!

So, doing your homework is the first part of any magic work.


I commented on the skills we have or not.
Be sure I have really bad hands for craft works.
Even so, some I find better to do by myself as I can.

I'm not the only one with bad hand skills, nor with the proper needed capabilities for some activities, like metal works and jewelry some people have.
For such cases, it's Ok to pay someone to make that for you. Here, is your sincere work to get the needed money and to go after the best one you can pay to make that tools for you.

Serious sincere work adds respect and power to what you do. Even if you need to pay with the most heartfelt but humble resource for that. In no way do I tell you to stop feeding yourself or your family for that. Just do what you really can at best, but no masochism is needed!


Well, watching my results when I do some hand work may be a kind of masochism too... Ok, I have self-criticism... I'm kidding. In practice is a work of love.

Well, I know my craft workings are not so nice, nor so perfect. But be sure I used the most I can, tried the most I can, and most of the time, I worked a lot more than other people needed to get something.
Time is power too.
That was the same when I made my Triangle of Art. That cost a lot of time just for the basics.


Going to work

So here my working to make my Goetia circle and wish to inspire more people to do the hard way needed to get the deserved results.


First I researched the names in the circle, their meanings, related texts, psalms, etc. There are some differences so I had to study more and found my own decision.

I researched the books and articles from other magicians and advanced forums like the StudioArcanis, which currently, we found to be the best in the area.

This was many years ago, took some six months and I discovered many authors unknown in my country, find other works and articles on so many blogs too. Very interesting when you ask to your spiritual guides to help the work and each day find more and more to read, study and learn from others' experiences.

I collected a lot of material that time studying these and those ideas plus observing who was the ones behind them and how they were working with them. This is important to observe, as some people will find it better to make their practices this or that way so one needs to think for himself for the decisions to do. In no way such are final decisions, as we always can learn and change something as our work goes on.

This included going after some original grimoires sources to observe what they did and compare them with modern studies too.

Finally, observing my own idea to go most at the original sources, I found better to my purposes the same J. Peterson published at Esotericarchives - The Lesser Key of Solomon (Lemegeton).

I love scholar's work such as this site, one of the first and still the best IMHO. I always say to people I'm more about practical work. I have to study all that for sure, just I have not all the patience they have to compile all that to make their work. It's a seriously needed task and they deserve my full respect.


At that time I was already doing some basic Goetia works, with very interesting and positive results.
To cite, the method used was the one most people know as the "Red Triangle" by Devi Spring and based on the original Aghor Pir's work. It sure works and is really very interesting. It uses the daemolanators Enn's chants. Just in my point of view, it's not the same as a formal ritual and it does not have all the resources for protection for initial contacts with unknown daemons for you, nor about intrusive spirits as that ones appear sometimes.

So I wanted more in the same way as I always did in all my previous works like the spiritual areas and that resulted in experiences that really few in the world have done.
Anyone who is after the modern works like Aaron Leitch, Rufus Opus, Brother Moloch, and others will have lots of excellent material to study from their formal practices, not just theory. I say, solid teachings from people who paid the price for their learnings and know very well what they are talking about.
Nobody learns alone, nature is already a great teacher, but this way can take a long time. So you can learn from people who went serious into their work, not just for self-promoting, listen, read, and study all you can so this will add to your personal findings and discoveries.


Where are the materials?

Since I found the time to make a formal circle, at the same time I was researching the proper words and symbols, I went after the most simple part: The simple fabric cotton I found to be better to use.
Guess what? I live in a city with more than 1.5 million people. For many months no store had brute cotton fabric to sell!
Curious, uhm? That happens when the spirits put you under the test too. If you want, you may work for it. So I went to many stores, at all places. Until someday I found it again. Just for curious, at the same time, all other stores had the material I needed too.
This is not a punishment in no way as many religions use to claim and this way makes people feel guilty even because they have sex with their wife or husband.
No way! Just happens!
But when such happens you may know to use the such event for your own power. So as soon I perceived something was blocking me, I went to each try reciting my prayers, talking with the spirits I found better to help about, and making clear my intent.
All this added power to the final result. So remember: all your effort will be part of the final deserved result.

Finding proper fabric inks was not so difficult, but I had to learn and research a bit more about how to use them too.


Working

In the previous house, I had a lesser room, I needed to adjust the circle size, so I made it small, just 1.4m (4.5ft).

The day I finally started the handwork part, it had first a formal prayer evoking God and all spiritual guidance for it.


For all following days, as part of the work, during the painting process, I always started with lighting a candle and praying for God, asking for the blessing for the work being done.
This took an entire month. I told them I'm very bad at hand work, so it was slow, and I have my own pain in back troubles to deal with too. Most people will do it in 1-2 weeks.


The fabric was washed and all the paints I used were consecrated.
 The first was to have an idea about where and how to place the symbols. So I printed that to observe over the fabric and made initials notes.

Ok, learned how to fix the fabric in the ground and to use a string to make the circle using a proper fabric pen to draw the circle:

The next was near easy, I had to choose a character's size and draw by hand. Here just free hand, so the result was some tremble, but Ok.

Following until complete it:

Then I fixed it on the wood wall to make it easier to paint. You will note I had some mistakes and needed to use white paint to correct them.

And the final result:

When it was finished, I kept it for some days more on the wall, watching for some other paint errors I was not aware of, and always asking for the blessings of God for the work done. And I liked just to be looking at it and thinking.


As I commented at the start, not that kind of so very nice handcraft, but a work of mine and this is also a true offering to present to the spirits I'm working with.

After that, I did the consecration of the circle. There are the names of God, angels, etc, so each one has a proper psalm and meaning to recite. Used oil over it for a proper blessing ritual and only then it was used the first time.

The circle is not the 9ft formal size but is Ok. The works done with it helped me to be at a new house with the needed space, so when I can I will do a new 9ft size.


Colors: 
Yes, I used some colors on my own. Not just classic and not Mathers scheme.
It's a personal circle, so I did some choices for my own purposes. Uhm?



Work done and be sure, a serious stronger difference in the rituals and the ways I got results and replies from all spirits I have been working with.

Receiving Oracle Skills by Initiation.

OR

How become instantly good with oracles due some occult supernatural ways. 


Learning a more complex oracle, like the Tarot, Runes, I-Ching, etc. is something that demand study, practice, research in other related areas according with the oracle being studies, etc.

Just to make simple comment, I'm using more the Tarot as an example. 
The first most people learn is a general meaning to each card, rune and some basic spreads to place the cards and have some kind of reply. Most of people don't do much more and only expect to be using their own natural intuition for that.
Even if the person have a gift of birth like vidence, this does not add so much. All they have are ideas or visions and will deal accordingly their life experience only to understand what they see.
So the next needed is to start a more former study about each card, not only the basic meanings, but some of the idea each card express and how it is related to the others. Is here people start to understand more about the real way the oracle works. This will add a lot to understand the ideas and how intuition may help too, and to get more complex understanding and relations amog

The following, is learning about the inner symbols of the cards, planets, astrological signs, numbers, elemental correspondences and so on.
This is just about technical aspects.
The other to develop is the own intuition capabilities, learn more about other areas to understand more about people, society, etc.
So this is a wide area to study for sure.

There's the possibility to increase that throught initiations. To access other levels and discover more areas and this way improve the reading capability.
For sure this is not something like "instant learning" nor "instant vidence" capabilities. 


Many see initiation just as a rite to get a diploma, many may think this is an instant miracle way for new super-powers.

Initiation at basic levels, is just to become in contact with some kind of knowledge.
This is the human level.

But at the higher spiritual levels, the initiation is a process to receive a kind of key.

You must see the idea of "key" just as something that may connect you to something.

Like opening a door to you.
BUT, see, the door just is opened, you still need to enter by your legs and learn what is behind that point.

Get this? Is not an instant capability.

You will just receive the key, or a connection to a resource at the other realms.
If you was working to prepare for it, for sure you will see results faster, but again, this is why you already have done all the previous needed work.

So you will enter there, entire new realms and possibilities and see by yourself to learn.
Some will have a lot to learn, others will be ready for that.
Anyways, they was in the merit to receive it despite how much practice.
Yes, even without so much practice some people may have the needed merit, just need more hard practice that often happens very fast.

I may give to someone an intiation to an oracle or something else, but still there are the need to work with it, practice and study. Before and after.

This is why some people may receive such initiation and have a jump on their skills: they was just working and was ready to receive a better resource.

And no, no, no, do not even think to ask for that. This is not something to buy too.
Yes, too often some people try and they received only what they deserved... Sorry...
You can buy a diploma, but never the merit or real skills.

I may give such initiations by my own to the ones who deserved the merit. Never to the ones who asked. They was just fooled by themselves.
I give such initiations sometimes, when the disciple/student is really ready.
Some have tryed to be "opportunists" and received just a fake key pointing into their own darkness. Betrayers! They even received a "mystic name" from me. To these ones,, as they are vampires out of light, such names was just what they never had done and what they have to discover to deserve what they asked for. A bill for life at most.
I'm looking at both sides, Uhm?

Remember the phrase: "When te disciple is ready the master comes"?
Is this.
You can't ask for it.
It may happens to you someday if you keep walking and do your own homework.

And this can happens in two basic ways:
1) Meeting someone who will give the keys and will be an incredible experience.
2) Astral initiation. Uhm something like at someday or night, you receive a vision, or the sky opens up and you see a big flame or spirit/angel and they will give it to you.
Yes, it really happens this way, I had some and will be only yours as you keep the work.

Some formal Orders do a nice work to give the keys to the ready ones . But even there you must do the work.
So, study, practice, take notes, improve yourself. Sometime when you are ready that will happens.

Reading for Yourself. How Ensure Objectivity in Personal Readings? Some notes.

Someone questioned: I sometimes find it difficult to be objective when we do personal readings. So, my question is: how do you ensure objectivity in personal readings? I usually write it down in the third person as if I were speaking to someone else. Other methods?

My Reply:

At any oracle, Tarot, Runes, etc. a reading to someone else or just for yourself must be objective. 

Think on Meditation and Therapy.

Yes. something I found to be needed is therapy.

So is needed to be as most as possible like a third person, even about yourself. 

Meditation will lead into yourself. And what you will find there? Ego, traumas, a lot of personal problems and even from past lives to deal with.

Well, you can become a hero and deal with all that alone.

But there are a lot of methods that help to learn faster and will help to deal and even cleanup all that mess.

A good therapy is a very valuable resource.

Many schools use that and yes, many cases are well resolved with psychologists.
Ok, have some patience with the psychologists too.  :rofl

Once I got a female psychologist, and I commented to her some of my occult background. The result was funny: she had a real strong fear from me. She always used to keep at the opposite side of the room and each time she gave a reply, she used to say something like "I ask permission to all your degrees to suggest that... blah-blah-blah...". At third meeting she was presenting me some texts and books about the "crazy ones genious in history" and suggesting to introduce psychotropic drugs...  LOL...

So I moved to another one, and just presented what I was in need to work, but no information about occult works. The guy did a fantastic specific work in just [b]two [/b]one hour meetings. Dot.

There are a lot of alternative therapies. As a sannyasin, I did a lot and my Master Osho told just this about, the need of cleaning, improving yourself and to save a lot of time.

Just to note, at the alternative therapies area, there are a lot of formal practices like the ancient Ayurvedic medicine, acupunture, Gurdjeff, etc, etc., that at many western countries still are not formally recognized, even with thousands years of practice.
And there are many workshops to work on specific areas of life, some last 2-3 days and even more, when people usually goes to some place and stay there doing an immersion to work that. For sure, the results vary a lot for each one accordingly your concioussness level and what you are working with.

Most of times, the good workshops with formal trained therapists do more in few days than you will get instead of working alone for a long time. Some of that workshops may be at easy levels while others may present workings where you will be really and deep faced with the possibility of dealing with deeper points.
In my specific case, I missed the opportunity to go to Poona in India while Osho was alive for the stupidest reason: a marriage and accepting due the wrong reasons the opinion of my ex-wife. Ok, I paid to learn that. But I never gave up and continued.
I learned that our personal development is above anything. No one will compensate for your work of self-evolution, just yourself.
I remember Osho used to say that when it comes to your own evolution, your personal work of consciousness, you must be selfish. No one will do it for you, only yourself. Ok, you can try to sell your soul, and lack the evolution.  LOL...
This is that always helped a lot to keep my faith, despite all the problems and even at the most difficult times.
So I continued and I had the opportunity to be at a Ashran with my Master in the Andes mountains, an entire month each year for many times in the 90s, and that was an immersive experience of workshops one after other in the mountain and the woods. Each workshopt was 2-3 days of extreme experiences. The ones who was easy got nice results. Yes, always there are a lot of people who are just mystics and so easy. Others who went deep, have meet big results. What about learn to run in the woods, having to climb a mountain running, blindfolded and with instructors actually chasing you and really hard beating you with wood sticks? I say really serious spanking. No masochism, that guys was really great. Think about to run like that in the middle of large bushes full of thorns that hurts a lot. Yes, we did that at very risk places like ravins and pits. Add to this all the spiritual part. And in my case, the contact with spirits I started many times before. If you had read some of Castaneda works, is this I'm talking. Near same kind of teaching. That school had some very related works and this means, no choice to error. Glad we never had see even a broken leg even with all extreme risk. Only many scrapes and cuts on the skin. One teaching I have for myself was if choose to give up facing the problems may hurt more in the rest of your life. I learned to run where there was no way.
Before someone ask, I fully give thanks to the teachings I experienced and did by myself, but the schools become something very soft later, the instructors I knew have gone and today it appears more like a nice SPA resort for rich people after spiritual tourism.  Still a nice place to visit and some of the current soft works can be interesting to who is not after a fashion life style.


When you take the Tarot for you, remember this is about having some better understanding about yourself.

This is what you will find in a personal reading. You.

Are you ready to look to yourself?


Something I disagree with others is about consider all posible card interpretations. As an oracle reader, you must develop your vision and have just one interpretation to each case.
For sure, this take time to learn, with practice and study.

But what is the right answer? Usually the first idea you get in your mind. Not what you get one second later.
You must be able to get the first impression, like a "flash" of light. That is the reply when working with any oracle.

But you is the one who have to accept what you see.

And trust me, by personal experience, this can be painfull sometimes, just because what the oracle sometime will point is not what you want.


To give an idea as an example too:
A practice I did in the past, is a shamanic method of self healing.
In this case, to heal your eyes if you use glasses.
I use it.
The practice is simple: think the source of the eyes health problems is just because you does not want to see something, nor accept something. In resume, our eyes troubles most often cames due our mind refuse to accept what is seen. This is the general idea.
So you have to compromise yourself and say: "I accept to see and I want to see all I don't want to see".
It's a daily practice. I removed my glasses more and more until I was for many months without wearing glasses.
BUT, see, I started to see a lot I was not wanting to see.
This means, you will see the world, the people, your life, any aspects.

And I became to suffer with that.
I already commented about not being masochist in another posts during personal healing practices nor at any therapy.
Well, after many months I was seeing too much about everything. My senses and visions about people and anything extended to a level I was really unaware to deal. I found a lot more behind all that I was not seeing. Most that was not important to solve nor desirable.
So I stopped with it. And yes, I'm kept fully aware from all that if needed.

Well, the Dalai Lama wear glasses, uhm?


Ok, this is one idea. You may use the oracle and ask to see.
This is why is a very good idea always to do a prayer and invoke a specific angel/spirit/deity to work with you on the reading.
This way you are not only on your knowledge as they will talk with you, develop your intuition.

But you have to ask to see and work to be able to accept what you see, no matters how much you dislike it.

Be sure my human part really hate many readings I do for myself.
One more reason sometimes I ask to others to do a reading for me, even beginners.
My human part need a check, no matters how good I know to be on my oracles and all the feedback I receive, still is my human part, and our mind can cheat us.




The lust for results.

This is one very important aspect about "personal readings": lust for results.

A good reply is when the oracle point a "no way" result.
Ok, you must be able to accept the reply and what is shown. Or be stupid to follow even when the oracle show a problem if you continue.

But there is something that can drive any one into nuts.

So, as I remember for now, there are at least two replies we may get from the oracle that we really dislike:
"Not yet".
"Wait. Things are going to change".

That is a shit!
And why?

You are doing all you can, using all teachings you received while working to change or make something happens.
And you deep need or want that to happens.

Here, the only I have to say is: have patience.

Oh shit!!!!

But sometimes is very hard to have patience when all kind of troubles are knocking at your door.
Or you are working for a long time to get something.

There's something to do?
Yes. One thing I learned is to be humble and talk to others who are on the path. The people who you know are already doing the work.
Remember, you are not alone.

May be some day you will be so high you will be be alone in the highest mountain.
And guess what? You won't be alone if you remember you can talk with the trees, the birds, the mountain himself.
They will talk with you too, just learn to listen.

Birds like to do gossip. This is what they are doing at the trees in the morning and at the eventide.
One more reason I have a place with food to the birds in my garden. They comment about everything they see in the town.
Pay attention to them. Is a way to learn their language.

But anyways, we are humans. I'm not so leveled up to just let any worry.

I survived to many hard events. But I'm human.
Glad I had people to talk with.
And always my full thanks to all who have helped, that is really priceless and never will be forgotten.



So to resume about your personal readings: work to cleanup your life history, develop your intuition, be ready to listen and as possible, get the first message and have a second view from someone else to compare with your results.
This will add power to your readings for other people too as you discover the best is to be clear with them about yourself.
If  you are clear, no masks, you will be objective and people will discover you is a normal person too. I have the same problems most people have, at all areas, be sure. I just had a lot of experiences that become part of my practices and learning and I can share this without fear.
Discovering yourself is part of becoming true.

Love: How To Disconnect Emotionally From Someone

Note: This article talks about Love, but most of this material applies when the person got trapped due feelings like passion, lust, friendship and even any personal relationship, etc.

Sometimes as humans, we will fall in love, and that doesn't work.

Other times, we are very connected to friendship, and that doesn't work.
And more than this, sometimes we are in spiritual love with someone who we had faith.

All that are emotional aspects.


And the most know is the Love relationship between two people.

People think love is something like that nice fairy tales, meet one and be happy forever.

But life shows there are more than this and is easy to find millions of fantasy or poetic opinions about it.


Love is the main Universe Power, in practice, this energy is the source of the entire universe we know.

So human beings will find many ways of Love acting.

The Love of parents and their children.
The love between brothers and friends.
The Love of Nature.
The Love of God as you perceive Him.
Etc.

And the Love two people have as partners, lovers. LOL...


Ok, just to remember most of the time people think Love means only a couple relationship.

So, to make it easy, what I will post now is almost the same in all those areas Ok?


My background about:

Too often we see therapeutics talking like they are something the best of all, the very Oooba-boobaa of the perfection with incredible successful lives. Most of the time we found they are not.
I started too early by my own effort to be conscious I'm not a super-hero, nor a super-scholar, nor a super-fashion-style-guy.
I'm only myself.
I have the same problems any normal people have, like love, sex, money, spirituality, bills to pay, a normal life.

Be sure I have suffered at the most extreme levels due to some ex-girlfriend, or an ex-friend, or someone I had admiration in any area, friends, and also including at spirituality, etc.

To be clear, I know what means to cry with the most strong pain in my body due to someone for a long time while I was trying to discover what to do. And this was more than once and for different reasons as in these areas.

Like any other text about the human life area, I have written for three decades I write about my own experience.
This is what I do. I'm not a scholar, no matter how much I study.
I like to say I'm a practitioner in magic, no matter how many studies I have about, and what I have to talk to people is about my own path and what I learned from others too. I say, just live personal experience.
I'm glad for the nice scholars who have the patience to collect all those materials and make it easier for all the other ones who are serious about learning and doing the needed work. They are priceless. So please, valuate your good authors, they do what few can do.


Love is Wonderful. 

And a couple Love is the main inspiration for most books, music, inventions, whatever.
And to be in Love is just to be near Heaven in life.
Plus all those nice aspects like home, family, support at personal goals, friendship, etc.

But sometimes that does not last forever.

Someday people will learn some relationships that happen just for mutual learning.
I say, many relationships have just a reason to exist.

And the reason is mutual evolution.


But for sure, not all times we get that. Myself included (I'm a human, Ok?)

So may happens love can become a big pain. And I know it.


Some will fight to keep a comfort zone until all that has to be finished.


Love is not a game. Dot.


Be sure to finish can be very easy even for real Love.

Uhm, sorry, to say better, it appears to be easy.
This is what most self-help authors and a lot of fluffy people don't tell you.

I was into that area too, so and I learned a lot at newage in the 80-90s and a lot more from the many spiritual areas I was in these decades. Including the fluffy mystics.

Sorry, I was there, I did that too! LOL...

It's not cheap practice. Need a big self-Love to solve that. Self-love question.

And for most self-help authors this does not sell books. LOL...


So let's see in a wide way.

The following is a schematic of what I learned and observed happens.

To understand better, let's see how Love works in the experience I had and collected and experienced.

Look at the previous draw.

When you enter a Love state, that is like a closed circle.
That is an entirely new realm.
There is a realm related only to yourself, where experience Love.

To be clear, in a couple, each one has his/her own circle. That's not a prison where both stay.

So the way how each one will leave that area is different.


So observe I pointed out three different exit door:
1) The No Love Direct Exit Door. This is simple. The person was never in Love, just had a nice time, but never had entered the Love realm. They just walk around for a time and leave.
2) The Exit by Pain Door. Accepting the pain and going into the center, to the other exit door.
3) The Exit By Love Door, when you free the other and let him/her go just by Love. (remember, true Love is freedom).


1) The No Love Direct Exit Door

The first is easy to get. The person just has some fun but never experienced Love.
Was just fun and is easy to let it behind.
In practice, the person never entered a Love realm.
This is why too often we talk with someone who does not understand why the other just left so easy.

But the following two other doors, are a personal experience.
See, if you are inside the circle, it's your circle. The other never had such one.


Following:

As I told you, each one in a relationship has his/her own realm, a personal circle. Both will share experiences, but each one still is unique about that.
To make it simple, let's continue talking about just one circle, but this for sure applies to each one accordingly to each one level of consciousness.

Be clear: Only you can work in your circle. You can't live another life. Your feelings and thoughts are your only.


While you are in that love realm, observe there are many levels, many experiences, as human life happens so we will experience all that.

This is what I draw that line moving all areas, as an example of how people act during the relationship and even after that.

We'll be moving from the high Love feelings level to the comfortable areas, where everything is Ok.
But when troubles happen, some will work to solve them and climb again to the high levels.
A desirable level at most is the "comfortable level" and up. Things are Ok, no dramas, just moving daily to care how much to do more or not. That's is more like being friends, but still Ok.


But others will just accept the accommodation level.  That is when there are a lot of problems, just one or both chose to do nothing and accept to live a boring sad life. Some become near zombies. How many relationships we see this way around?


So even nice people sometimes will be caught at a very boring accommodation level. They forgot to care about their relationships. No watering, no care, nothing. There's nothing to make about as this only happens from inside.
If one does not want, sorry, the other can't do it by him.


And this how so many relationships are working around the world.

This is the meaning of the lines in the previous draw.


2) The Exit by Pain Door

Sometimes things go worse. And everything is falling.

And some people will do anything to avoid the pain exit door. They will have a long time of suffering, never doing a serious move to change that.

Remember the lines, when love finished, only suffering happens and people still refuse to let that realm.
The sad result is something like this:

All that became sadness, a hell in life and still people refuse to get the exit door due to fear of the suffering they already have!
Note here the Exit goes to a nice garden with a new path.


When It is Finished Get the Main Exit Door

Someday people realize love has gone and need to move on.

And how to go for it?

The most direct is to grown, become mature.
Emotions are strong, but still, you must be in control.

So the best of all is to move to the Pain Exit Door.

The Pain Exit Door is where strong suffering may happen.

In practice, not exactly suffering.
I like to call it "Pain Door",  but it's not always so.

Why?


The Pain Exit door is reached only when you choose to feel really deep all the Love and find that you need to have the final cry. It's the burning of all the remaining feelings.


It can be the most painful point just because is hard to accept it.
The mind doesn't accept it.

But again, that will be really such a stronger pain?

To be sincere, NO!

Be sure, what real pain is to stay in the accommodation area, avoiding the pain.
That pain will be like a stick, but only once.
Sometimes you need to go to a doctor and receive medicine too. Many people dislike it, but it's needed.


What you have to do is choose the risk of the change.
This is the final decision.

Is the moment you really say to yourself it's time to move on!

It's the time when you learn you have to Love yourself first, to have a live, self-steam.

When you enter there, you will discover that door is like a Fire exit.
And as I told you, going into that door means you will be recalling all the Love you had, but for the last time.
That will be the final cry, the final suffering.
Like a Fire.

And that fire will free you.

So for such cases, cry all you can if you feel so, but accept and enter at that door.
The day you do this, you won't look back.

For sure, is nice to keep the good rememberings, but once you cut the love aspect, that will be just part of your life experience. Nice times, nothing more.



3) The Exit By Love Door

What is leave a relationship with Love?

Another popular quote: true love frees.

Sometimes we meet someone who has a mission, something to do.

So we have to free him/her to follow the path.


The Lie about Twin Souls 


This is something a lot of romantic people had. About someone, the only one in the universe who is your perfect match.
Sorry, it's not so.

I don't mind what idea of a God you have. So think with me: may such a Powerful God be so cruel to make just only one person who is related to you on this entire planet?

There are hundreds and even thousands of twin souls to each human being on the planet.
Maybe you live in a very small village with few people. But just go to another place and fast you will discover how many more people are ready to meet with you!
Just to think, there are more than 2.5 million cities in the world. I'm sure you will find true love in most of them if you stay there for a time.
Uhm? So forget that stupid idea about just only one person in the entire world. That is a sin story created to make people have fear to love and keep at stagnation level.

Few people get what really twin souls are.


A twin soul is someone who has very similar levels of evolution and consciousness to you.

So most probably, the same way as you, he or she will also have goals in life.

For people in a simple life, that often is not a problem as the goals are more basic.

But the most you have evolution, self-development, and more at spiritual areas, such goals become really big to deal, long time tasks that will affect even the entire planet.

So how to match two people with so important works to do? Uhm?

Each one has too much to do so is near impossible they stay together except for concise moments, and that is not a relationship.

So here is a nice example, as when two real twin souls meet each other, the world appears to explode around in light and blessing shared with everyone.

When there's a real twin soul match, that is a giant event.

But they can't stay together, each one has a path.
So they give thanks to each other and leave the other free.

For life, both will know where the other is, but they know can't be together and will fully Love each other.

This is what really happens when True Love frees the other.

They go at maximum Love level and become free to follow.



About Using Magic to Disconnect Emotionally From Someone


Is this possible?

Well, I may say yes and no.

Take the idea from the first circle. To disconnect what you need is to become conscious about what is happening, become more mature, and grow.
Once you got conscious that Exit Door will be or not of pain.


The same way magic can't create true Love, I think for now is not really possible to destroy a Love.

What is possible is to help the process about how to deal with that circle realm.


So the main aspect is to bring Light to the situation. Bring light inside your mind and make thoughts clear.

Or conjure Arcangel Anael (Haniel), from Venus's sphere and ask him to bring harmony and restore inner peace. Remember an angel will even put a lot of light onto it to make things clear so you can learn (if you are a stubborn one). Other times, the process will be easier for sure.

But even Light can be hard to deal with.

So, many works will put light on the situation, so you see what is really happening.

But many people won't like what they see, sorry.

Anyway, some suggestions:


Water to clean up your emotional bodies

A nice and simple shamanic approach is to drink water. I say to drink some 6-8 liters a day for some two weeks and then come back to a normal level (2-3 liters a day). Have one week to rest and do it again.
Water is related to emotions, so the first idea is to "wash" your feelings. The second idea is water is a kind of light, so you will put a light inside yourself to banish the dark aspects.


The cleanup by fire

This is something I have done using my witch cauldron to burn connections and any dark energies related to the person.
There are relations where links become very stronger and this is a way to work out it.
Also, the fire will bring light to the situation.
For sure I can't teach how I do this, not because is my job, just need magic practice to deal with the spirits being called for that.

But, you can do very simple work by yourself, and this is already is very popular.
Just make a fire, it can be simple as a candle or a bonfire. Do not call any spirit. Is just you and the cleansing power of fire.
Write the name of the person on a paper. In another paper write the feelings you do not want anymore in your life because of that person. You can add photos or personal objects of the person to remove that forever from your life. Take that in your hands, look it for the last time and throw it into the fire saying "Goodbye!" Make this your last goodbye.
 


Chakra Workings

If you already have worked for years with Chakra working techniques, there are some to help.

One is Atisha’s Heart Meditation. The idea is to use it with a minor change. The technique works to bring consciousness and change your mood.
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra.
(Here the change) With each in-breath, breathe all YOUR OWN suffering.
The heart chakra is a big fire of Love that will transmute that suffering into the light.
So with each out-breath, breathe out love and compassion.
Get this? Use your own heart fire to burn all the suffering into Universal Love energy.

Secondary effects are you may bring more light into the previous love you want to forget and will cry really a lot. On another side, this may help you to make the decision to go to the Pain Exit Door and become free.
This is a general all aspects transmutation meditation anyway.


Crystal Workings

Crystals are the pure energy of nature. They will help to clean up your energy. A decent size crystal is needed, so forget that cheap 0.5" size ones. I say big crystals or some with that rare extreme pure quality (usually 10x the price of others). A decent size Ruby can be useful due to its power on self-steam.
For sure, some common size crystals will work too. Something like a hand size is Ok to have near during your meditation works.



Working with Angelic or Demons Magic

Angels show what is happening and work to make you learn what you need to learn.
Again, light over the events so you can choose and make the move to leave that bad situation.


Many demons are just angels with another name or ancient deities. Just they may show what's happening, but some will help more to break the connection creating or just showing something to make the break happens.

Citing Jake Stratton-Kent: "a spirit good for creating a relationship may well help get over one too. With conjure magic looking sideways at the spirit's abilities is a useful knack."


What I think about most of the time, will help to bring light to the relationship so your mind will have the needed to make the choice and finish that.


Calming the mind

There are ways to make the mind calm. Even forgetting for a time and this can become a needed rest.

See, there are some works like a freeze spell to make someone "forget" something for a time.
This way, anything that still exists may go forgotten for a needed time.


The better of all

Be sure, until now the best I found is to know someone you have an interest in and have a new relationship.
Even a friend with who you become intimate.
Yes, friends have sex too or just have nice caress together.  Even a good friend for fond kisses will do wonders for your heart chakra cleanup.

This does not mean a new love, just someone you like to be with, and this way, nature does her work cleaning up your soul.
